This Shui Xian comes from Wu San Di (吴三地), a valley area in Wuyishan situated near Mount Huanggang. The garden where this tea is grown sits at an elevation of 800+ meters, surrounded by mountains, rich vegetation and many streams.
Picked in the Spring of 2018, it was roasted once in June, once in November and one last time in May of 2019. We feel this tea is a great value, with clear "rock rhyme" which embodies the essence of the Wu San Di mountains. The roast is already fairly settled, but will improve even more over the next year or so.
