Shipping Policy

Processing: For order processing, please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be fulfilled. We ship from Bellingham, Washington, United States.

Shipping: We ship anywhere in the US and Canada, using USPS. All prices include insurance for the full purchase amount only. Customers receive free shipping for orders over $99.

International Shipping: We do not currently ship outside the US and Canada. We will update our policy if things change in the future - thanks for your understanding.

Refunds: We do not currently accept refunds - all tea sales are final. 

Lost Orders: If your package was lost in transit, let us know within 30 days of the date your package was shipped. This can be the result of events which are beyond our control. We will do our best to track down the package or send you a new order. When contacting us, please indicate your order number. Should the original “lost” order appear after a replacement has been made, please contact us so we can make arrangements for return postage. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been delivered according to the postal service, or if the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address.
